The covered parking project features a helical structure on a circular plan, optimising parking space by positioning cars along the helical spiral movement between the levels.
The building can accommodate approximately 1,000 vehicles.
To meet the ventilation needs and vehicles’ smoke dispersion, the parking structure has been clad with a metal facade. The mesh consists of three levels of expanded metal arranged randomly, embracing the building in horizontal, vertical, and oblique directions.
The material is an exclusive element from our Ultralimites Line and is characterised by various openings and an extended module of
400 mm.
After conducting a comprehensive study of the substructure, Metaltech standardised the attachment structure of the expanded metal panels, successfully maintaining the desired random effect and reducing costs by 40%.
