Designed by the internationally renowned architect Mario Bellini, the building is a 4-star superior hotel in a complex that covers an area of over 30,000 square metres.
45-metre-tall, the construction features a 10,000 square metre park and is characterised by a triple cladding of perforated metal, roller blinds and glass.
The distinctive openings in the perforated metal we provided shape the profile of a flock of seagulls flying in the sky.
