The complex is a centre for the residents of the Gellerup neighbourhood in Aarhus.
Covering an area of 23,000 square metres, it houses offices, a cafeteria, a restaurant, laboratories, a roastery and a rooftop terrace. Each day, it can accommodate more than 1,000 people, including staff and visitors.
To create a sense of identity and belonging, the five buildings that make up the centre are characterised by specific materials, such as reused bricks or recycled wood.
